Main responsibilities:

  • Identify marketing strategy and project positioning in the market.
  • Build an effective marketing department, its subdivisions.
  • The development and control of the marketing department production processes.
  • The development of marketing plans and monitoring their implementation.
  • Negotiations, presentations, communications and relationships with partners.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in the gaming industry on the position of Marketing Manager / Marketing Director.
  • Experience with Free2Play mechanics, monetization mechanisms, effective marketing tools to work with users in mid-core and hard core segments.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken language.
  • Experience with business documentation tools, good analytical skills.
  • Solid time-management and organizing skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.

Desirable:

  • Portfolio with outstanding MMO projects, F2P MMO desirable.

Main responsibilities:

  • Company business development and promotion on the interactive entertainment market.
  • Searching and attracting business partners to participate in the project, its production and publishing.
  • Business development plan control and maintenance.
  • Negotiations, presentations, communications and relationships with partners.
  • Reporting to the company top management on market opportunities and potential partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in the gaming industry on the position of Senior Business Development Manager.
